Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Economics.
- 3-5 years of sales experience in the plastic or complex flexible packaging industry, particularly in food, household care, pet food, or FMCG sectors.
- Solid understanding of B2B knowledge and good insight into customer psychology.
- Having an extensive network of partners in the plastics/FMCG/pet food industry is an advantage.
- Proficient in English communication.
Job Description:
- Engage and work with existing clients to handle tasks such as quotations, contract discussions and signing, processing orders, delivering goods, and collecting debts in accordance with the companys sales procedures and guidelines.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to provide technical consultations, resolve quality issues, and handle after-sales services.
- Maintain and develop existing customer relationships.
- Seek and develop new customers and product markets that align with the companys production capacity.
- Investigate and analyze competitors, customers, and the overall market in which the company operates.
- Prepare periodic reports and forecasts for materials, production, and sales as required and in line with general regulations.
- Lead and manage the sales team to meet the assigned plans, targets, and job requirements as set by upper management and the company.
- Perform other tasks as requested by the Board of Directors (B.O.D.).
