Job DescriptionIdentify, approach, and secure partnerships with new chain clients in the F&B and retail sectors by providing consultation and deploying KiotViets point-of-sale software solutions to digitize their operational and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned KPIs including revenue targets, number of new clients, and customer retention rates.
- Prospect and build relationships with large-scale/chain F&B and retail potential clients.
- Recommend appropriate software solutions tailored to clients needs.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements with clients.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships:
- Develop sustainable relationships with strategic clients.
- Handle arising issues promptly.
- Propose value-added initiatives and programs to drive sales and enhance client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Marketing and Operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Conduct proactive market researchstay updated on new chains, expansion trends, and collaboration opportunities.
- Analyze customer and market data to formulate strategic proposals.
- Maintain complete and accurate client information in the data management system.
RequirementsEducation & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in Key Account, Business Development, or B2B Sales roles, preferably working with F&B or retail chains.
- Deep understanding of the F&B and retail industries.
- Prior experience in software services is a plus.
