Based in Ho Chi Minh City, Passion Gourmet Foods is built on a foundation of culinary passion and industry knowledge.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing :

1. Account Management & Growth

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with assigned key accounts (hotel chains, fine dining restaurants, supermarkets, etc.).

Identify business opportunities within existing accounts and propose solutions to increase sales volume and product penetration.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotions in line with company objectives.

2. Sales & Business Development

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

Build account plans with clear sales forecasts and strategies.

Collaborate with the sales team to convert potential leads into key accounts.

3. Customer Service & Support

Act as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring quick resolution of inquiries, complaints, or operational issues.

Work with the supply chain and logistics team to ensure on-time delivery and product availability.

Provide clients with product knowledge, menu ideas, and value-added solutions.

4. Market & Product Knowledge

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client demands in the premium food and beverage sector.

Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions, tasting events, and new product launches.

Provide feedback to management about product performance and customer needs.

Internal Coordination

Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth account operations.

Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance analysis for management review

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.

35 years of sales/account management experience, preferably in FMCG, food & beverage, or hospitality supply.

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Knowledge of premium food products (beef, seafood, caviar, etc.) is a strong advantage.

Excellent communication in Vietnamese; English proficiency required.

Results-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
