1. Data Management (70%)
- Develop, maintain, and optimize centralized data systems, ensuring data is complete, accurate, and synchronized across multiple sources (Oracle, SAP, Misa, Excel, etc.).
- Collect, clean, standardize, and integrate data into the central database to ensure the highest input quality for reporting and analytics.
- Manage and optimize database systems to improve performance and support corporate-wide data needs.
- Continuously evaluate business processes, practices, and data collection methods to propose improvements that ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and reliability.
2. Data Analysis (30%)
- Analyze operational, financial, and business data across company units to identify issues, risks, and recommend improvement solutions.
- Design automated reports, dashboards, and visualizations in Power BI to support leadership in making timely and effective decisions.
- Present analysis clearly and professionally, providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with departments to gather business requirements and propose suitable data solutions.
- Lead or participate in data analysis projects, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
What You Need to Succeed in This Role:
1.Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance/Accounting or data-related fields.
2.Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst in companies or corporations with large-scale databases. Preference for candidates experienced in managing multi-source data (production, business, and financial).
3.Strong knowledge of finance and accounting fundamentals.
4.Tools & Skills:
- Excel: Proficient in Power Query, Power Pivot, and common functions.
- SQL/PostgreSQL: Intermediate level.
- Power BI Desktop: Skilled in Power Query, DAX, and data visualization.
- Python/AI: Experience in applying data analysis processes is a plus (not mandatory).
