Job Summary
- Perform daily operation of sales campaign, promotion, image and pricing
- Work with partners / affiliates/ co-worker to optimize promotion, ensure maximum visibility for best campaign delivery
- Accountable for sales planning (strategy / calendar) and execution to achieve sales target.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Lead the management ofMise en scene&Aestura&aposspresence on TikTok Shop. Collaborate closely with Brand team and EC content to implement strategies and uphold exceptional service quality, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. This includes defining sales objectives, identifying target markets, and determining pricing and promotional strategies.
- Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor key sales metrics such as revenue, sales volume, market share, and profitability. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Regularly report sales performance to management and provide actionable insights.
- Build strong and trusted relationships with key affiliates, MCN to maintain open lines of communication and address any campaigns promptly.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contractual agreements with key accounts to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Listing SKU on platform, monitor and improve visual merchandising/content/brand assets on platform.
- Conduct in-dept analysis of channel conversion, pageview, sales performance to measure effectiveness of promotion schemes, take action to achieve sales target.
- Forecast sale out to work with Demand for monthly orders/inbound stock to platform.
- Work with Marketing and Content team for onsite merchandising, content and media plan.
- Support Customer Service team to solve problem/complaints of customers raised via platform.
- Do market research and observe activities of competitors to track competitiveness.
- Keep track AR and platform report to make sure sale in and sale out consistent.
- Oversee KPIs of brand on platform and work with related team to improve KPIs.
- Report to and perform duties as assigned by Manager.
Essential Requirements
Qualification and Experience
- Education: Bachelors degree in related field.
- 2 years of experience in Key Account Management on TikTok Shop platform
- English proficiency at a conversational level required for communication with a Korean Manager, including during the interview process.
- Previous exposure to cosmetics, health and beauty, FMCG products is preferred
Skill Sets
- Have excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver concepts and ideas with clarity.
- Computing: MS Office, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with web analytics software and digital marketing tools is a big plus.
