Key Account Coordinator

• Work with Buyers in Modern Trade channel on booking sampling, cooking demo, and activation to ensure it is implemented as marketing plan.
• Follow and set up promotion programs of the Marketing Team on the system every month
• Update & track contracts of all accounts - including rental display, rental for sampling, listing fee
• Register with the Department of Industry and Trade for Promotion, Sampling programs, and Activation programs.
• Track invoices and make payments for all items like: rentals, sampling, new listings, visa registration, etc.
• Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business Administration
• At least 2 years experience in Sales Admin or Trade Marketing in FMCG company
• Responsibility, logical thinking and good appearance
• Commercial oriented skill
• Timeline committed
• Able to work under pressure
• Good numeric skill
• Good team work & communication with other departments
• Good command of PowerPoint and Excel.
