Responsibilities

1. Sales and Customer Relationship Management

· Identify, develop, and manage customer accounts, including distributors and dealers.

· Present products, prepare quotations, negotiate, and close sales contracts with customers.

· Develop and implement sales plans to achieve assigned sales targets.

· Monitor orders and delivery schedules, ensuring compliance with the company's sales procedures and policies.

· Maintain and strengthen customer relationships through regular follow-up and customer care activities.

· Propose and participate in marketing activities, customer conferences, and product promotion programs.

2. Reporting and Market Research

· Collect and analyze market and competitor information; prepare weekly and monthly reports as required by management.

· Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate sales policies and programs.

3. Accounts Receivable Management

· Monitor, control, and follow up on customer payments to ensure timely collection.

· Ensure compliance with credit control procedures and minimize the risk of bad debts.

4. Other Duties

· Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.

Requirements:

1. Education and Job Knowledge

· Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Knowledge of sales principles and business operations.

· Knowledge of the electronics, electrical appliances, and home appliances markets and competitors is an advantage.

2. Experience

· Welcome fresher or 1 year of experience in a similar position; experience in the electronics, air conditioning, or home appliances industries is preferred.

3. Computer Skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

4. Language Skills

· Basic English communication skills.

5. Competencies

· Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and behavior.

· Presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

· Persuasion and customer service skills.

· Ability to search for, analyze, and synthesize information.
