IT Project Manager

ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate technology projects across various domains including software development, infrastructure, and system integration. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and a solid understanding of IT solutions and delivery models.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead end-to-end project management activities: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.

Coordinate cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, BA, Infra, Security, etc.) to ensure project success.

Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and changes.

Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders and senior management.

Ensure compliance with internal processes and industry standards (PMI, Agile, Scrum).

Manage client expectations and ensure high satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Support pre-sales activities including project scoping, estimation, and proposal development.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies: Waterfall, Agile, Scrum.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience working with enterprise systems, infrastructure projects, or telecom solutions is a plus.

Project Management certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM) are highly preferred.

Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is an advantage.
