JUNIOR PRODUCT MANAGER

Complete requirements analysis and create PRD

Define product release scope and roadmap, track in JIRA

Define and track release plan, work closely with local and remote R&D team

Work with product development teams to complete feature UI and logic design

Work closely with all related teams such as design, development, testing, and documentation teams during the development process to make sure the features delivered can satisfy customer needs

Perform product demos to field teams, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches

Collect product feedback and keep improving the product

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering-related majors
• Excellent communication skills in English, and knowing Chinese is a plus
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, multi-task and work well under pressure
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Natural tendency to be curious, positive, and creative
