Job Description:
The Appointment Setter will play a key role in generating qualified meetings with potential clients. You will work closely with the Business Development team to identify prospects, reach out through various platforms, and secure discovery calls/meetings. This role is fully focused on appointment setting, not sales closing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients across target markets (mainly Tech companies in Singapore & US).
- Reach out to prospects via LinkedIn, email, and other professional platforms.
- Engage prospects through personalized messaging and follow-up sequences.
- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate client meetings (online or offline) for the BD team.
- Ensure accurate handover of client background and lead information to BD Leaders/Managers
- Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs on meetings booked.
- Work closely with BD Leader to refine scripts, improve outreach effectiveness, and handle objections.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of proven B2B sales lead generation experience in any industry.
- Strong written English skills.
- Comfortable with LinkedIn, email, and lead generation tools.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven.
- Quick learner and able to adapt to new tools and processes.
- Preferred: Candidates with prior Business Development experience in recruitment agencies, especially in IT/Tech.
- Own a personal laptop.
