Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Business Consultant (B2B Tech) located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The role will involve tasks related to analytical skills, consulting, management consulting, communication, and finance in the B2B technology sector.

As a Business Consultant at Base, you will be the bridge between technology and business management. In this role, you will:

  • Discover & Analyze: Understand the operational challenges and processes of enterprises.
  • Consult & Persuade: Propose tailored SaaS solutions to help customers save time and costs.
  • Partner & Deliver: Accompany clients from the first touchpoint to successful adoption.

What Youll Do (Day-to-day)
  • Contact prospects daily (calls, emails, chats) to understand business needs.
  • Meet clients 5-6 times per week (HCMC & nearby provinces) to analyze operations and propose solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate, and close deals.

KPI: Minimum monthly revenue target of 50M VND (Level 1 Starter).

  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience, backed by measurable results (revenue, client numbers, close rates).
  • Strong interest in professional B2B Sales, with a passion for complex, knowledge-intensive consulting.
  • Tech-curious: excited about SaaS, software, and digital solutions that optimize work & life.
  • Ambitious, disciplined, and resilient you thrive on challenges and aim for big goals.

Compensation & Benefits

Earnings:

  • Base Salary: 8M 9M VND
  • Commission: 4% 12% (Inbound), 8% 19% (Outbound)
  • Monthly KPI bonus + Allowances
