About the Role
Topicus Vietnam is looking for a motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. You will work on real projects in a professional environment, collaborate with different teams, and continue to develop your skills while contributing to the team's output.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Motion Designers and various departments (HR, Management) to execute both internal and external communication campaigns.
- Design graphic assets that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also effective in conveying information.
- Ensure all designs strictly adhere to Topicus Vietnam's brand identity guidelines.
- Handle the production of visual content and post-event recaps for company activities.
- Flexible collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall visual experience across the company.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in graphic designer or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design (or a related field).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (knowledge of Motion Design or 3D is a strong plus).
- Strong eye for composition, color, and typography; highly detail-oriented.
- Good command of English (both written and spoken).
- Able to work independently and on teamwork tasks.
- Growth-oriented, open to feedback, and eager to continuously improve your craft.
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and ability to manage time effectively under pressure.
