As part of ENOSTA GROUP, Enosta helps businesses strengthen their digital presence, grow their customer-facing channels and build better digital products.

Our Digital Studio works across Web, Design and Marketing through a connected delivery model, combining capabilities when they improve the client outcome.

Overview

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer with good visual design fundamentals and a strong interest in visual communication.

You will work mainly on campaigns, brand applications, business materials and digital assets for websites and other customer-facing channels.

We are looking for someone who can apply strong Graphic Design fundamentals across different formats and business contexts, while collaborating closely with our UI, Web and Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

1 Graphic & Creative Design

  • Design visual assets for campaigns, social media, marketing and communication purposes.
  • Create presentations, pitch decks, company profiles, sales materials and other business collateral.
  • Support print and event materials such as brochures, posters, catalogues and signage when required.
  • Adapt key visuals and design concepts across different formats and channels.
  • Organise content into clear and visually engaging layouts.

2 Brand & Visual Applications

  • Apply existing brand identities consistently across different touchpoints.
  • Create brand applications such as templates, marketing materials and digital assets.
  • Contribute to selected logo refinement, typography, colour and visual direction tasks under guidance from senior designers.
  • Maintain visual consistency across related assets and client-facing materials.

3 Digital Presence Support

  • Create visual assets for websites and landing pages, including graphics, illustrations, icons, diagrams and image treatments.
  • Work with UI Designers to ensure visual assets align with the overall brand and interface direction.
  • Support visual concepts for hero sections, content sections and other website experiences.
  • Create mockups or screen-based visuals when the purpose is visual communication rather than functional UI design.

4 Collaboration & Delivery

  • Work with UI, Web, Marketing, Content and Project Management teams.
  • Understand the design brief, audience and intended use before starting execution.
  • Take responsibility for assigned design tasks through revisions and final delivery.
  • Prepare organised and production-ready design files.
  • Receive feedback positively and improve work through iteration.
  • Maintain organised working files, reusable assets and templates.

Requirements

  • Up to 2 years of relevant Graphic Design experience, including internship, freelance work and personal projects.
  • Good foundation in typography, layout, colour, composition and visual hierarchy.
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, and comfortable using Figma.
  • Ability to create clear and engaging visual designs from provided content or design briefs.
  • Ability to work across digital and print formats.
  • Good attention to detail and visual consistency.
  • Willingness to learn, receive feedback and improve through practice.
  • Responsible, proactive and comfortable collaborating with other designers and teams.
  • Able to understand basic work communication in English.

Nice to Have

  • Motion graphics or video editing skills.
  • Illustration or icon design skills.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools.

Portfolio Requirement

Please include a portfolio with:

  • Examples of Graphic Design work such as campaigns, social content, branding applications, presentations, sales materials, websites or other communication materials.
  • Projects that demonstrate good typography, layout, composition and visual hierarchy.
  • Examples covering more than one type of design format or application.
  • Clear presentation of your own design work and contribution to each project.

You do not need experience across every type of Graphic Design work. We are primarily looking for strong design fundamentals, good visual judgement and the ability to adapt your skills to different project needs.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
  • 12 annual leave days and 3 paid sick leave days per year.
  • Healthcare insurance and annual health check.
  • Annual performance reviews.
  • Flexible working time: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  • Flexible and creative working environment with remote working support when required.
  • Professional work equipment including laptop and monitor.
  • Internal bonding activities including company trips, team building, parties and clubs.
  • Regular training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities.
  • Professional environment in technology and digital services with opportunities for continuous growth.
