Junior Digital Performance Specialist (Global E-commerce)

We're looking for a sharp, driven junior who loves both paid ads and creative. You'll learn to run campaigns and craft ad creatives that scale across our global DTC portfolio, backed by AI tools and a team that lets you own real work fast. A background in game/app paid ads is a great fit — those skills translate directly here. If you're a quick learner who's great with numbers and excited by content, this is where you grow.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Run and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Google, Applovin
• Brainstorm and brief ad creative ideas; A/B test videos/images to find what performs
• Read campaign data (CTR, CVR, CPI, ROAS) and turn results into better creative
• Research market and competitor trends for fresh content angles
• Work with AI tools to produce and scale creative

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data, Economics, or related
• A strong academic track record — top high-school background, especially in Math, Physics, English, or Literature... — is a real plus
• Advanced English proficiency (equivalent to IELTS 7.0+ or TOEIC 800+)
• At least 1 year of experience with paid ads (games/apps a plus), and a real passion for content creation
• Understanding of core performance marketing metrics (e.g. CTR, CVR, CPI, ROAS)
• Sharp with numbers and quick to pick up new tools
• Growth mindset: you love testing, learning, and improving
