Perform customer service administrative tasks including order entry, stock receipt, shipment creation, order checking, invoicing, and order cross-checking.
Support retail key orders by processing requests, coordinating shipping arrangements, and providing timely updates.
Assist in purchase order creation and follow up with suppliers regarding lead times and order confirmations.
Handle customer enquiries via email, verbal communication, and website channels in a professional manner.
Coordinate with internal departments, warehouses, and couriers to track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
Support stock allocation and deallocation between projects and customer orders.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports for relevant managers.
Assist in handling returns, warranty claims, and stock discrepancies.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in a customer service role.
Good understanding of customer service operations and administrative processes.
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and coordinate effectively with others.
Ability to communicate professionally in English, both verbally and in writing.
Experience with ERP software is an advantage.
