Role Description This full-time, on-site JUNIOR CONSULTANT – HEALTHCARE & PHARMACEUTICAL MARKET RESEARCH role is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The role will support market research and consulting projects through research, data analysis, fieldwork coordination, and the development of insights and recommendations for clients.

• Support project teams in the execution of all aspects of primary market research.

• Work with data collection partners to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time.

• Work with the project team to solve business problems related to strategy, operations, and other relevant areas.

• Be responsible for data gathering and analysis, including interviews with clients customers, competitors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. The findings will support the project team's strategic recommendations.

• Turn research findings and knowledge into actionable recommendations that support business development.

• Act as an internal point of contact for the project team whenever requirements need to be clarified.

• Participate in business development activities and proposal development.

• Conduct market research to analyze market trends and perform competitor analysis.

• Support the preparation and maintenance of business development documentation.

• Help document internal processes and coordinate meetings.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field. Recent graduates are welcome to apply, no prior professional work experience is required.

• A medical or pharmaceutical background is core to this role, given DeltaMV's focus on healthcare and pharma clients.

• Fluent written and spoken English and Vietnamese.

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical, detail-oriented mindset.

• Efficient time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.

• Effective and professional communication skills.

• Collaborative team player, comfortable supporting and learning from more senior consultants.

• Open to domestic and, where relevant, international travel.

• Experience or coursework in qualitative/quantitative research methods is a plus, though not required.
