• Develop creative ideas and visual concepts based on client briefs, business objectives and communication needs.
• Take ideas from concept to execution, across campaigns, branding, digital, social and other relevant touchpoints.
• Work closely with Creative, Account, Strategy, Design and Production teams to develop and deliver high-quality work.
• Establish clear art direction and visual language, and ensure consistency and quality throughout execution.
• Present creative concepts to clients and communicate the idea, visual direction and rationale clearly.
• Review creative outputs and provide constructive direction to ensure a high standard of craft and execution.
• Contribute to team development by sharing ideas, giving feedback and supporting other creatives.

• Experience in Art Direction, Creative or Design within an agency, studio or brand environment.
• Strong understanding of advertising, branding and marketing communications.
• Strong conceptual thinking and a good eye for visual storytelling, typography, layout and composition.
• A team player. 
• Ability to connect creative ideas with business objectives.
• Strong presentation, communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Understanding of photography, video and digital production.
• A proactive, curious creative who cares about ideas, craft and execution.
