What we offer
Key responsibilities
- Monitor system alerts, logs, and network events related to virtual servers, applications, and healthcare platforms.
- Identify potential system outages, policy violations, or security threats and document them accordingly.
- Draft incident reports aligned with NIST RMF/CMF and healthcare-specific requirements (e.g. HIPAA).
- Maintain logs and perform proper documentation of incidents, escalations, and remediation actions.
- Good understanding of CIA Triad, NIST 800-171 r2, and HIPAA privacy/security basics.
- Strong documentation skills in English (especially for incident summaries and log entries).
- Ability to recognize key events within a healthcare IT environment (EHR systems, compliance boundaries).
- Experience working in or supporting IT systems for healthcare organizations (clinics, hospitals, or vendors).
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (e.g. EPIC, Cerner, etc.).
- Experience in IT service environments governed by HIPAA, ISO 27001, or SOC 2 standards.
- Exposure to data loss prevention (DLP), endpoint monitoring, or ticketing systems with access control logs.
- Attractive salary. To be discussed (up to 30M)
