IT Supervisor

We are urgently looking for a technically strong and hands-on IT Supervisor to join our growing operations in Phu Quoc, Vietnam.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience within the hospitality industry, with strong technical knowledge and the ability to provide day-to-day IT support across multiple F&B and hospitality venues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and provide hands-on IT support across multiple hospitality and F&B operations.
• Maintain network infrastructure and systems.
• Support POS, PMS, and business applications.
• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot computers, printers, POS systems, network equipment and other IT hardware.
• Manage hardware and software installations.
• Ensure cybersecurity and data protection.
• Troubleshoot technical issues.
• Coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain IT documentation.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network and connectivity issues to minimize operational downtime.
• Monitor IT infrastructure and perform routine system checks and preventive maintenance.
• Manage user accounts, system access, software installations, updates and basic IT security requirements.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventories, equipment records and technical documentation.
• Support pre-opening IT setup, including equipment installation, network readiness, system configuration and testing.

Ideal Candidate:

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant IT experience, preferably within hotels, resorts, restaurants or hospitality groups.
• Previous experience as an IT Supervisor, Senior IT Technician, IT Executive or similar role.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of networking, Wi-Fi, hardware/software troubleshooting and Microsoft environments.
• Experience supporting POS and hospitality technology systems is highly preferred.
• Pre-opening or new-site IT setup experience would be an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
• Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
• Currently based in Vietnam or willing to relocate to Phu Quoc.
