1. Job purpose

Responsible for maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, end-user systems, servers, cloud services, user access and IT assets to ensure stable operations, timely technical support and effective system recovery.

2. Responsibilities

· Provide end-user support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365 and workplace applications.

· Manage user accounts, access rights, onboarding, offboarding and password-related issues.

· Manage IT assets, including procurement, allocation, maintenance, replacement and disposal.

· Support internet, LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewall, DNS, telephony and network recovery.

· Maintain technical documentation, system records and operating procedures.

· Coordinate with vendors and Group IT on technical incidents, network & infrastructure improvements.

3. Requirements

· Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.

· At least 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration or IT support.

· Hands-on experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, user access management, hardware and software troubleshooting.

· Experience managing and supporting LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewall, and internet connectivity in a corporate environment.

· Experience configuring and troubleshooting wireless networks, access points, and network security controls.

· Knowledge of telephony/VoIP systems and vendor coordination for internet and telecom services.

· Ability to create and maintain network diagrams, IP address management records, and technical documentation.

· Good communication, problem-solving, service orientation and documentation skills.

· Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.

· Willing to provide weekend or public-holiday support in critical or pre-arranged cases.
