JOB DESCRIPTION

• Source and screen candidates using job boards, social media, and recruitment platforms.
• Conduct candidate research and support talent mapping activities for IT positions.
• Maintain and update the candidate database accurately and systematically.
• Format candidate CVs according to company standards before sending to clients.
• Support business development activities, including client research, database updates, and sales support tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Studying Human Resources or a related field, with a strong interest in Recruitment/Headhunting.
• Available to work at least 4 full days/week and commit to an internship of at least 6 months.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, with good research and information organization skills.
• Comfortable using social media to connect with people, source candidates, and build professional networks.
• Good communication skills and confidence in spoken English.
• Good academic performance and a strong willingness to learn.
• Comfortable with Excel and Canva; interested in exploring AI and new productivity tools.
• Willing to learn about the IT industry and technology roles.
