About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist who speaks Russian to support recruitment for our teams in Vietnam and in Russian-speaking markets.You will manage the recruitment process end to end for assigned positions. That includes sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews and supporting candidates up to onboarding. You will work closely with hiring managers and TA colleagues across countries. This is a great role for someone early in their TA career who wants to build strong recruitment skills in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sourcing & Screening

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social channels, referrals and local platforms in CIS markets (e.g., hh.ru).
• Screen CVs and run first-round interviews in Russian, English or Vietnamese.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring roles.

2. Recruitment Coordination

• Schedule interviews across time zones and coordinate with hiring managers and interview panels.
• Keep candidates updated at every stage to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Support offer preparation, pre-onboarding documents and handover to HR.

3. Data & ATS

• Keep candidate records and hiring status accurate and up to date in the ATS.
• Prepare weekly recruitment updates (pipeline, progress, blockers) for the TA Lead / TAM.

4. Team Support

• Translate and localize job descriptions, candidate communications and recruitment materials between Russian and English.
• Support employer branding activities, recruitment events and other TA projects when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience: From 1–2 years in recruitment or HR.
• Language: Strong Russian and English (spoken and written).
• Skills: Good communication, organization and follow-up. Basic Google Sheets skills.
• Tools: Familiar with LinkedIn and job boards. Experience with ATS or hh.ru is a plus. Comfortable using AI tools to work more efficiently.
