IT Project Manager

The Visit Vietnam is a groundbreaking national project to elevate Vietnams tourism industry. We are building the National Tourism Platform (NTP) a large-scale, data-driven ecosystem that leverages blockchain technology for trusted review verification, helping Vietnam become a world-class travel destination.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the platform development lifecycle. You will:

Develop and manage a detailed project plan focusing on key milestones (MVP, beta launch, rollout)

Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution

Act as the central point of communication between tech, business, operations, and leadership

Manage project scope, timeline, and budget effectively

Identify and mitigate risks proactively

Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, and status updates

Facilitate pilot phases with Sun Group properties and lead the subsequent public launch

WHAT WE&aposRE LOOKING FOR:

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in tech/software development

Proven success managing projects through the full lifecycle

Strong knowledge of Agile and project management methodologies

Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (engineering, business, marketing)

Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)

Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification

Experience with cloud infrastructure, data platforms, or API integrations
