WHAT WE DO:
- Presales Activities: Engage in presales activities, including client presentations, proposal development, and the identification of new business opportunities
- Project Oversight and Responsibility: Assume full responsibility for the management and successful execution of the entire project, encompassing work models, resource allocation, and progress tracking
- Client Alignment: Ensure that the implementation of the project adheres to the clients strategic plans and objectives
- Organizational and Resources Development: Actively participate in activities aimed at organizational growth and human resource development
- Operational Management: Oversee and manage all operational activities within the project to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Process Development and Quality Assurance: Contribute to the development of robust processes and uphold high standards of operational quality within the unit
WHO YOU ARE:
Experience Requirements
- 4 years of experience in related positions, including 12 years experience as a Project Manager, preferably in IT, software, or technology-driven environments
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum models
- Candidates with prior experience working with US clients will be given priority consideration
Knowledge Requirements
- Strong understanding of business analysis techniques, including requirement gathering, user stories, process mapping, and gap analysis.
Skill Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and technical solutions
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Effective problem-solving skills.
