About the Role

Central Retail Vietnam is seeking a full-time, on-site IT Project Manager based in Ho Chi Minh City. This role is ideal for candidates with strong project leadership skills and a solid understanding of system architecture, integration design, and technical workflowsparticularly within the retail industry.

You will be responsible for both project delivery and solution direction, contributing meaningfully across both business and technical domains. This role combines project management, business analysis, and solution architecture responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and quality expectations

Collaborate with BAs and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements

Participate in or lead the development of documentation such as BRD, FSD, TRD, SAD, DDD, etc.

Provide high-level solution guidance to ensure alignment with business goals and technical feasibility

Work closely with architects and developers to review and validate system designs

Actively shape system architecture and define integration approaches

Identify risks early and drive mitigation strategies

Support UAT preparation, deployment planning, and post-launch activities

Serve as a key communication bridge among business users, BAs, developers, and QA teams

Ensure timely and transparent communication across all stakeholder groups

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, ideally in hybrid PM/SA roles

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Demonstrated ability to bridge business requirements with technical solutions

Experience working with enterprise systems, APIs, system integrations, and end-to-end data flows

Familiarity with modern system architecture (e.g., modular, micro-services, service-oriented design)

Solid knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and project governance

PMP or similar certification is a plus

Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
