Responsibilities
A. Internal IT Coordination & Management
- Coordinate with external IT service providers to ensure stable, secure, and high-quality support for the Company's daily operations.
- Manage and support company website maintenance activities, including oversight of the website agency and timely updates.
- Provide guidance and troubleshooting support for internal management tools, systems, and user-related issues.
B. Client Privacy Project Support
- Support the Privacy Solutions Team and DPO Team, particularly on automation tools, technology enhancements, and system-related matters.
- Participate in client engagements as a junior project member, assisting with system assessments, documentation reviews, and other tasks as assigned by project leads.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the line managers.
Qualifications & Skill
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of IT and website management (e.g., WordPress, content updates, plugin maintenance).
- Interest in data privacy, cybersecurity or willingness to learn quickly.
- Professional communication skills when working with internal users, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
