Role
Responsible for supporting and maintaining the companys overall IT systems and for providing efficient desktop support to all business users.
Responsible for resolving any IT-related faults quickly and efficiently, including a broad range of queries from how to set up an email account to system diagnostics, plus enhancing and developing the IT provision extended within the business.

General
Receive and follow assignments from BoD
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by BoD;
Follow company regulations, NDA and code of business conduct;
Helpdesk Support and IT Administration
Manage all aspects of the implementation and operation of information and functional systems for the Company, including software applications, network, phone systems and end-user computers.
Oversee all IT support requests, incidents and problems; act as escalation point and manage all IT Helpdesk processes for communicating outage/emergency activities to the Company.
Provide help desk and technical services assistance to employees.
Implement, maintain, and ensure maximum uptime for IT systems.
Oversee the provisioning of the end-user services.
Ensure minimal downtime or interruption to staff productivity
Audit IT systems and assess their outcomes, present results to BoD
Identify problematic areas, IT issues and implement strategic solutions in time
Provide monthly presentation to BoD on improvements proposed/ planned and related budget, on critical issues/ problematic areas to be resolved and IT audit result
Data Monitoring & Maintenance, Backup and Security
Ensure security of information technology assets, data, network access, and backup systems.
Maintain inventory and details of IT Equipment including asset numbers and user registers
Ensure Software licencing in full compliance with requirements and instructions
Ensure integrity of databases is maintained and monitored
Ensure frequent Back-ups of management working stations and all servers
Administers user accounts
Ensure and manage user access rights are set up correctly and permanently reviewed
IT Policy Development
Develop and enhance Information Systems policies and procedural manuals to assure data accuracy, security, legal and regulatory compliance.
Develop best practices and written documentation for all server maintenance.
Team Management & IT Budget
Manage IT staff, which includes hiring, preparing Job Description, training, guidance, and discipline.
Manage annual IT budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
Manage hardware and software vendor relationships
Check and sign daily reports from IT staff
Others
Support Directory to develop management software.
Submit reports to BOD, including but not limited to all reporting responsibilities:
a) Weekly Back up report
b) Weekly IT operation report
c) Monthly IT Asset and Software License report
d) Monthly Ticketing report
Weekly reports shall be submitted latest on each Monday for the past week
Monthly reports shall be submitted latest until the 6th of the following month
Experience & Knowledge
Gender: Male
Education: Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Business, Communications or related field.
Foreign Language: English
