Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily IT infrastructure and system operations.
- Maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy.
- Manage VMware/Hyper-V, servers, storage and related infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance, availability and technical issues.
- Oversee L1/L2 IT support and handle major technical escalations.
- Manage backup, recovery and disaster recovery activities.
- Ensure infrastructure security, access control and system patching.
- Manage network devices including firewalls, routers and switches.
- Lead infrastructure upgrades, system migration and technology projects.
- Maintain IT documentation, assets and operating procedures.
- Lead and develop the infrastructure & systems team.
- Work with regional/HQ IT teams and other stakeholders on technical matters.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related fields.
- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and systems.
- Previous experience managing or leading an infrastructure team.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, AD, DNS and DHCP.
- Experience with VMware or Hyper-V.
- Good knowledge of network infrastructure.
- Experience with enterprise backup solutions such as Veeam.
- Good understanding of IT security and disaster recovery.
- Good English communication skills.
- Banking/financial services experience is a plus.
- Relevant IT certifications are an advantage.
