Position Overview
The IT Executive is responsible for supporting IT Group Manager in administering and managing all servers including Windows, application and database servers to ensure business applications are running and able to service securely and effectively.
Locations: 16-18 Hai Ba Trung, Saigon Ward, HCMC
Responsibilities:
Perform regular maintenance on IT system to ensure the daily business activities run smoothly
Support IT Group Manager to find solutions to improve system performance, security
Support IT Group Manager to make a disaster recovery plan and implement network security
Support all users when they have trouble about using applications
Support users about using office equipment like printers
Support (fix, guideline) users about system, mail, internet issues, hardware,
Create local user account and setup a new computer for a new staff
Setup presentations for users and managers when they require
Upgrade and reinstall a computer for senior staffs
Work closely with users, and provide support per request from various users. Investigate and troubleshoot issues
Work closely with IT HO/CTO, implementing policies and procedures locally
Proficiency in Google Workspace, develop best practices documentation, implement administrative best practices, trainings document common IT issues, and serve as the primary contact for Workspace support.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field
At least 01 year working experience in the same position
A highly analytical problem-solver with a strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous learning
Proactive, organized, resourceful and detail-oriented
Good command of both written and spoken English
MCSA, CCNA is an advantage
Knowledge of the Google environment is a plus
Interest and/or experience in the travel industry
Understanding of sustainability and responsible tourism is a plus.
