JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Act as the language bridge between Japanese clients/partners and the development team (BA, Dev, Tester) on RPA/IT projects.

• Translate and interpret project documents (SRS, PDD, specifications, meeting minutes) between Japanese and Vietnamese/English.

• Interpret in meetings with Japanese customers (requirement discussions, progress reports, training).

• Support BA/PM in accurately conveying business requirements and technical queries between stakeholders.

• Review translated documents for accuracy of IT terminology.

• Support presales activities by translating proposals and effort estimation documents.

• Help resolve communication issues to keep project execution smooth.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Comtor/BrSE or similar IT translation role.

• JLPT N2 or higher; strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills (N1 preferred).

• English communication skills are a plus.

• Preferred: exposure to AI systems (AI Agents, RAG, Chatbot, ML, MLOps).

• Experience with large, complex projects is an advantage.

• Bachelor's degree in Japanese Language, IT, or related fields.

• Good understanding of IT terminology and software development processes.

• Proactive, hardworking, with a high sense of responsibility.
