Responsibilities and Duties

• Gather, analyze, and transform business requirements into functional documentation.
• Act as a bridge between the client's business stakeholders and the technical team.
• Conduct workshops with clients to perform deep-dive business analysis.
• Author key project documents, including BRD, FSD, SRS, and User Stories.
• Collaborate closely with SA, PM, and Developers to propose appropriate solutions.
• Define business rules and validation logic.
• Support SIT/UAT processes and develop business test cases.
• Verify and obtain UAT sign-off from clients.
• Manage product backlogs and handle Change Requests (CR).
• Perform other duties as requested by superiors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher, majoring in related disciplines.
• About 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience as a BA in Web Application/Web-based system development projects, with a good understanding of the software development lifecycle from requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, to deployment.
• Fluent English communication.
• Understand about project management with Waterfall, Scrum or Agile methodologies.
• Expertise in authoring BRD, FSD, and SRS documents.
• Break down requirements into Epics, Features and User Stories.
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles, APIs, and data flows.
• Ability to model processes using BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) and UML (Unified Modeling Language).
• Excellent communication skills with both business and IT stakeholders.
• Strong logical analysis and analytical thinking.
• Proven presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
• Proficient in change management and expectation management.
• Excellent communicative, pro-active, and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Gemini, Claude, etc.) to support daily tasks, improve productivity, and optimize work processes.
