Investment Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Research ETFs, indices, quantitative models, and market data to develop and enhance investment strategies.
• Monitor and analyze ETF NAV, iNAV, tracking error, performance, and portfolio composition; support portfolio rebalancing activities.
• Develop, backtest, and evaluate quantitative investment models and trading strategies.
• Develop, test, and maintain trading systems and data analytics tools.
• Build systems to collect, store, reconcile, and validate real-time and historical market data.
• Support the development of automated reports and verify and reconcile output results.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Quantitative Finance, Econometrics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role at a securities company, asset management company, bank, or other financial institution.
• Possession of a Financial Analysis Practice Certificate.
• Strong understanding and practical application of quantitative models and machine learning techniques.
• Experience with matrix operations, numerical linear algebra, and solving matrix-related problems.
• Experience with data simulation and statistical simulation techniques, such as Monte Carlo simulation and bootstrapping.
• Strong knowledge of time-series analysis, including model development, validation, and evaluation.
• Advanced programming skills in Python, C/C++, or other programming languages.
• Knowledge of high-frequency trading (HFT) models and system architecture.
• Understanding and practical application of search algorithms, asynchronous and parallel computing, and microservices architecture.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
