Currently, we are currently looking for an Inventory Accountant. The job descriptions and requirements are detailed below:

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and monitor daily inventory transactions, including goods receipts, goods issues, stock transfers and returns.
• Prepare and check warehouse documents and ensure inventory transactions are properly recorded.
• Monitor and reconcile inbound, outbound and inventory balances between accounting records and warehouse records.
• Conduct periodic physical inventory counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and relevant departments to ensure accurate inventory data.
• Monitor inventory movements and support inventory reconciliation and reporting.
• Check purchase/sales invoices and supporting documents related to inventory transactions.
• Record accounting entries for purchases, sales, inventory and related costs.
• Assist with AP/AR, bank reconciliation and other accounting tasks when required.
• Maintain and file accounting and warehouse documents properly.
• Prepare periodic reports and perform other tasks assigned by the Accounting Manager

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting, with hands-on experience in inventory/warehouse accounting.
• Experience in inventory management, stock reconciliation and physical inventory counts.
• Experience in a trading/distribution company is preferred.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and supporting documents.
• Proficiency in MISA, FAST or other accounting software.
• Good Excel skills.
• Careful, detail-oriented and responsible.
