Business Unit: Spices Private Label
Location: Phuoc Tan, Dong Nai
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accuracy & Auditing: Perform daily/regular cycle counts, reconciliations, and inventory audits to ensure system records match physical inventory.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily warehouse inventory operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing products with documents accordingly to match with SAP system.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement inventory procedures to improve accuracy, and enhance productivity.
- Coordination: Coordinate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure adequate stock levels and timely order fulfilment.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze inventory aging, weekly review with related partners to have better stock management.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and support inventory team members.
QUALIFICATION:
- Proven experience in inventory management, accounting supervisor.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to lead a team and foster continuous process improvement.
- Qualification: Bachelor in Accounting/Finance/Administration/Logistics.
- Candidate located in Dong Nai is preferred.
