International Sales Executive Coffee & Tea

We are looking for an International Sales Executive to join our team and develop overseas markets for our Coffee & Tea products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new international customers and markets.
• Prepare quotations, consult customers, negotiate and close sales.
• Maintain existing customer relationships and develop new business opportunities.
• Follow up on export orders from contract signing to delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Participate in international trade fairs and business events to develop customer relationships.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in International Sales / Export Sales, preferably in F&B, FMCG or agricultural
• Experience in developing and working with international customers.
• Good English communication and negotiation skills.
• Chinese language skills are a plus.
• Proactive, persistent and result-oriented.
• Experience participating in international trade fairs is an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: Negotiable based on experience and capabilities, with a fixed monthly salary of VND 15–20 million. The fixed salary is not dependent on sales performance.
