INTERNATIONAL SALES COLLABORATOR

Responsible for identifying and developing distributor networks in target export markets, negotiating MOUs via standard templates, managing sales contracts/order fulfillment, and sustaining long-term partner relationships to secure repeat business. (Note: Export documentation is handled by the dedicated Logistics/Export team).

Key Responsibilities

• Market & Partner Development
  
  

Identify and engage new distributors in target markets; send samples and follow up to deal closure; conduct basic market/competitor research to refine sales outreach.

• Negotiation & Sales Management
  
  

Negotiate and finalize MOUs using standard templates (territory, channels, pricing, payment, targets); issue Sales Contracts per order; monitor sales target fulfillment and report results to management.

• Order Fulfillment & Partner Care
  
  

Track shipments to final delivery; resolve post-delivery issues promptly; maintain regular contact, verify periodic sales/inventory reports, and drive repeat orders.

Skills & Requirements

• Professional Expertise
  
  

Proficient in applying standard distribution agreement frameworks; solid grasp of Incoterms and international payment methods (T/T, L/C); strong commercial negotiation skills.

Fluent in professional business English (contract/MOU negotiation and international partner communication).

• Tools & Platforms
  
  

Skilled in B2B customer sourcing via Alibaba, LinkedIn; proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; adept at leveraging AI tools for research, content drafting, and reporting.
