International Project Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and cross-functionally skilled Project Manager (International Projects) to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of our global engineering projects.

The ideal candidate comes from a technical/mechanical engineering background and possesses exceptional cross-departmental coordination skills—specifically aligning operations across Warehouse, Logistics, Quality Control (QC), and Production to meet global client standards and delivery deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Execution: Lead end-to-end international engineering/mechanical projects from contract signing to final site delivery and handover.

Cross-Departmental Coordination: Act as the main operational hub seamlessly connecting internal departments:

• Production: Track manufacturing progress, resolve technical bottlenecks, and ensure alignment with master schedules.
• QC: Ensure quality assurance protocols and international technical compliance (ISO, ASTM, etc.) are strictly met prior to release.
• Warehouse & Logistics: Oversee material inventory, export packaging, shipping schedules, customs clearance, and global freight coordination.

Stakeholder & Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for overseas clients, handling technical negotiations, status reporting, and change requests.

Risk & Budget Management: Identify operational risks, develop mitigation strategies, control project costs, and ensure delivery within approved budgets.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager managing international projects, preferably in manufacturing, heavy machinery, or mechanical engineering.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong practical understanding of manufacturing workflows, quality control processes, warehouse management, and international logistics/incoterms.
• Language Skills:Fluent in English (both written and spoken) for daily communication with international clients and partners.
• Technical & Soft Skills: Proficiency in PM tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana). PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a strong plus.
