What&aposs on offer
- Hybrid working: 8:30 a.m - 5:30 p.m, Monday Friday;

Our ideal candidate profile
- 6 months - 1 year of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales (preferably in headhunting services),
- Bachelors degree graduate.
- Demonstrates integrity, loyalty, and a growth mindset with continuous self-learning.
- Proficient in English (IELTS 6.5+ preferred).
- Strong business acumen, communication and interpersonal skills.
Role Description
- Expand pipelines and build strong partnerships with international clients.
- Promote headhunting services in new markets, ensuring brand presence and credibility.
- Support clients with recruitment needs and connect them to top talents.
- Achieve sales targets, call quotas, and other KPIs while ensuring excellent service quality.
- Ensure databases and reports are always updated.
