About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Internal Communication Executive to execute engaging internal events that foster employee engagement and strengthen corporate culture. This role will focus on planning, organizing, and delivering internal events throughout the year, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and meaningful impact.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the annual internal event calendar aligned with business objectives, company culture, and HR initiatives
- Propose creative and engaging event concepts to drive employee engagement and internal branding
- Plan and execute a variety of internal events such as Year-end Party, Townhalls, Team Building, Company Anniversary, Womens Day, etc.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (agencies, venues, suppliers, MCs, etc.) to ensure seamless event logistics
- Prepare all event-related materials including agendas, communication plans, presentations, decorations, and giveaways
- Edit images and videos to support internal events, ensuring engaging visual communication and enhancing the overall event experience
- Gather and analyze post-event feedback to assess effectiveness and suggest improvements
- Monitor and manage event budgets to ensure cost-efficiency and alignment with approved spending
- Perform other duties as assigned by the line manage
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Education, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in editing videos and images (using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, or other design software).
- At least 2 years of experience in internal communications or event organization.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Vietnamese; English is a plus)
- Able to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
