About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you

will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to help inform

business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven

insights, build dashboards, and identify trends that improve performance and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data using statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Develop and maintain reports and interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Present insights and recommendations to management to support business decision-making.
• Automate data processes and improve data pipelines where possible.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across reporting systems.
• Work with engineering teams to enhance data collection and storage procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role (13 years for junior, 3+ for mid-level/senior).
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redshift).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis programming languages such as Python or R
• Knowledge of data modeling, statistical methods, and business analysis.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
