The Quest
As a Game Designer, you&aposll create captivating mobile gaming experiences. You&aposll lead the design of new features, crafting compelling user experiences with stunning visuals and intuitive interfaces. Your design software expertise and passion for gaming will bring your creative vision to life. You&aposll collaborate with development and product teams for seamless execution. This dynamic role lets you contribute significantly to our game&aposs success.
Your Mission
- Conceptualize, implement, and maintain gameplay systems that achieve a fulfilling flow state, addictive game loops, and a risk/reward balance.
- Developing the storyline, character back-stories, and dialogue, through scripts and storyboards, including any relevant research.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation (such as design outlines, diagrams, and visual mockups) that details the triggers, interactions, and subsequent events of specific features or aspects of gameplay.
- Work closely with User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Designers to optimize the player interface.
- Building levels and environments.
Your Armor
- Minimum 3 years of Game Design experience with a strong passion for games design, including knowledge of market trends and retro gaming.
- Proven track record as a Game Designer with a portfolio demonstrating successful projects, ideally including games for young children or educational games.
- Solid knowledge of Game Design, including mechanics, level design, UI/UX, and game reward systems.
- Familiarity with mobile devices hardware, platforms, software technologies, and techniques.
- Flexible, self-disciplined, highly motivated, and committed to achieving the final game result and company goals.
