2. RESPONSIBILITIES
Internal Communication & Culture Building (70%)
- Create environments where employees can thrive by digitizing the employee experience and fostering a vibrant company culture.
- Plan and execute content via email, newsletters, internal social media, video recaps, ensuring accurate and engaging delivery.
- Develop concepts, plans, and organize internal events (team building, anniversaries, celebrations,...) within budget and timeline.
- Gather insights and feedback from employees, conduct surveys, and propose improvements for IC activities.
- Reporting: Summarize and evaluate the outcomes of IC programs, suggesting enhancements.
Employer Branding (30%)
- Define and communicate the companys Employer Value Proposition through campaigns and creative content.
- Collaborate with the HR team to create unified content and campaigns across both internal and external company channels.
- Manage LinkedIn, Facebook, and career websites and create recruitment-focused content to attract talent.
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team with candidate communication tasks during the early stages of the recruitment process (e.g., sending test invitations, confirming schedules).
- Represent the company at career fairs, workshops, talk shows, and student events
- Reporting: Assess the effectiveness of EB activities and propose new strategies or ideas
3. REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Marketing, PR, International Business, Business Administration, or related fields from top universities.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Internal Communication, Employer Branding, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of internal communication principles, employer branding, and multi-channel campaign execution.
- English proficiency required (having an international English certificate is a plus)
Skills
- Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills (both Vietnamese & English).
- Event organizing and people engagement skills; high energy and MC skills are a strong plus.
- Proficient in design tools such as Canva, Ai; Photoshop knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to effectively leverage AI tools to enhance work efficiency
- Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, time management, and multitasking skills
