Job Description

I. About Us

Equitas Labs (Spores Network & Amnis Finance) is looking for a Middle HR Executive to drive the success of the organization & its group companies through its people. We strive to make Equitas Labs the premier destination in the Web3 space. The HR Team is at the forefront of these endeavors, playing a crucial role in nurturing a culture where the business and our employees win. Youll be responsible for hiring and empowering our people to do their best work. In addition to Hiring responsibilities for the employees of Equitas Labs, this role will also play a key role in shaping culture, compensation, and engagement across the Equitas Labs and its portfolio companies.

II. Job type: Full-time, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday

III. Location: On-site at No. 03 Luong Yen Street, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi

IV. Number of headcounts: 01

V. Report to: HR Lead

VI. Job Description

These responsibilities can include

  • Recruitment: Manage sourcing, screening, scheduling, and candidate communication. Support building a strong talent pipeline to meet hiring needs.
  • Talent Development: Assist in implementing OKRs, performance reviews, and career development plans. Help coordinate training and learning initiatives.
  • Employer Branding & Culture: Contribute to employer branding campaigns, social media content, career page updates, and organize internal engagement activities.
  • Employee Experience: Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement programs to improve well-being, satisfaction, and retention.
  • HR Operations: Maintain accurate employee records, support payroll and benefits processes, and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.

VII. Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 24 years of HR experience across recruitment and generalist functions.
  • Experience executing HR functions in a startup environment.
  • Knowledge and experience supporting performance management, compensation & benefits programs, including benchmarking and market analysis.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work flexibly across time zones and teams.
  • Experience in Web3 is a plus, but not required.
