Role Description The Internal Audit Supervisor (logistics/freight/Chinese speaking) is a full-time, on-site role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This role oversees internal audit projects related to logistics and freight operations, including planning audit scopes, assessing internal controls, and evaluating operational and financial risks. The supervisor prepares and reviews audit reports, ensures findings are clearly documented, and follows up on remediation plans with relevant departments. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing financial and operational data, testing compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and recommending process improvements. The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, communicating results to management, mentoring junior audit staff, and using Chinese language skills to collaborate with regional and headquarters stakeholders.
Qualifications

• Ability to prepare, review, and present Audit Reports and related documentation in a clear and structured manner.
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate operational processes, identify risks, and interpret financial and logistics data.
• Solid knowledge of Finance and logistics/freight operations to support effective audit planning and execution.
• Experience performing Financial Audits, internal control reviews, and compliance assessments within corporate environments.
• Effective Communication skills, including the ability to convey complex findings to non-specialists and collaborate across teams.
• Fluency in Chinese and English; Vietnamese language skills are an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Audit, Business, or a related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CIA, CPA, ACCA) are preferred but not mandatory.
• Proven experience in internal audit, preferably in logistics, freight, or supply chain industries.
• Strong ethical standards, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and under time constraints.
