We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to support our accounting operations and office administration in a dynamic, service-focused environment. This part-time role offers a hybrid model with two set office days per week and flexible remote support on other days.
Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance
- Manage daily bank transactions, AR/AP, and staff reimbursements
- Communicate with clients to follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely payment collection
- Prepare VAT invoices and related documentation
- Record accounting entries and compile monthly financial reports (internal + VAS)
- Coordinate quarterly and annual tax submissions (VAT, PIT, CIT)
- Support year-end financial statements and external audits
Office Administration & Payroll
- Draft and review contracts (service and employment)
- Process payment requests and support approval workflows
- Maintain HR records and employee files
- Handle monthly payroll and social insurance (team size: under 10)
- Manage office supplies and general administrative tasks
- Assist with compliance and operational support as needed
Qualifications
- English proficiency (written and spoken)
- 2+ years of accounting experience with tax and reporting knowledge
- Familiarity with Vietnam business, labor, and tax regulations
- Comfortable using Google Workspace tools
- Flexibility to be in-office 2 days per week with remote coordination during office hours
- CPA or Chief Accountant certification is a plus
