Role Description

The Office Design & Build Designer is responsible for the design delivery of office fit-out projects from concept, budget and timeline. This role is responsible for design quality, technical accuracy and coordination with project managers to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate client briefs into functional, creative, and compliant workplace designs.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, coordinated, and buildable
• Work closely with Project Managers to align design, budget, and timeline.
• Attend and conduct presentations

Requirements & Qualifications

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• 4 - 6+ years experience in Office Design, Commercial interiors, or Design & Build environment
• Strong knowledge of office fit-out systems, materials, and construction methods
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit strongly preferred
• Strong 3D visualization skills (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar)
• Able to perform effectively under pressure, delivering high-quality designs within time and budget constraints.
