Interior Designer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing layouts, and ensuring the execution of interior projects that reflect the company's brand identity and meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop interior design concepts and present design proposals to clients.

Create 2D layouts and 3D renderings using design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, etc.).

Select materials, furniture, lighting, and color schemes based on project requirements and budget.

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Prepare detailed drawings, mood boards, and specifications for construction and decoration.

Monitor project progress and ensure completion within the set timeline and budget.

Stay updated on design trends, materials, and new technologies in interior design.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

At least 3-5 years of experience in interior design or similar role.

Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, etc.

Strong creativity, aesthetic sense, and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Communicate in English or Korean. Able to work overtime and on weekends upon request (OT calculated in accordance with labor law).

SALARY: NEGOTIATE (from 22.000.000 gross)
