Senior/Intermediate Interior Designer

Swan & Maclaren is looking for suitable candidate to be part of the team.

Responsibilities:

Develop creative design idea solutions, concepts and quotations.

Manage design assignment from inception to completion.

To prepare Interior drawings and details.

Planning, design and evaluation of such designs.

Design and implementation of projects.

Coordinate and supervise on design execution for smooth implementation.

Ability to work independently and efficiently.

Having knowledge of materials and interior design details

Review specifications and drawings, and prepare estimates.

To coordinate and liaise with various consultants and ensure satisfactory completion of landscaping projects.

To coordinate on submission plans and liaise with authorities.

To attend / conduct site meetings, site evaluations and site inspections.

Manage projects from design, supervision and implementation until issuance of CMGD.

Capable of designing interiors from concept to construction drawings and supervising the design process.

To have flexibility on Multi task given by leader

Requirement:

Diploma, Bachelors or Master Degree in Interior architecture, or related field required.

Minimum 4 years experience in a professional service from preferred. Experience with developing various plans(from concepts to detailed plans) at different scales.

Excellent design, visualization, creative and innovative Interior and (hand) graphic skills.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite & AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, Sketch-Up, D5 Render, and MS Office.

Preferred skill(s): Freehand Sketching, Sketch up, D5 render, Autodesk 3ds Max;

DD Knowledge.

Good Sketches preferred.

Passionate and Creative in Interior design.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Perform CAD drawing development for Singapore office (if required).

Support the implementation of drawing development for projects in Vietnam and internationally.

Fluent in English communication.
