Duration: 3 Months
Job Description & Key Competencies:
24 years experience (L1 / L1.5 Technical Skills)
Expertise in inbound call handling & Service Desk process knowledge
Ability to resolve issues through KB articles (First Call Resolution)
Proficiency in English & Vietnamese (written and spoken)
Flexibility to work in a 24x7 environment
Strong communication & coordination skills
3 to 4 years of Prior Experience
Good to Have:
Experience with Service Management tools & ticketing systems
Responsibilities:
Perform Service Desk Agent activities
Prompt handling of calls, emails, and tickets
Escalation & stakeholder engagement (via email, chat tools)
Provide First Call Resolution using knowledge base
