JOB DESCRIPTION/ 职位描述

•Supervise and manage the IT Specialist team to ensure effective daily IT operations and timely technical support for office and production users.

负责监督和管理 IT 专员团队,确保日常 IT 运营高效开展,并为办公室及生产部门用户提供及时的技术支持。

•Assign, monitor, and evaluate IT support tasks, including troubleshooting hardware, software, network, printers, barcode scanners, and other IT equipment.

分配、监督和评估 IT 支持工作,包括硬件、软件、网络、打印机、条码扫描器及其他 IT 设备的故障排查与处理。

•Coordinate with ERP Manager to support ERP system operations, user requirements, system improvements, and integration between ERP and other company applications.

与 ERP 经理协调,支持 ERP 系统的日常运营、用户需求、系统优化,以及 ERP 系统与公司其他应用系统之间的集成。

•Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, network systems, Wi-Fi, CCTV, computers, and production-related IT equipment.

负责 IT 基础设施的管理与维护,包括服务器、网络系统、Wi-Fi、CCTV 监控系统、计算机及生产相关 IT 设备。

•Ensure proper installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrade of operating systems, software applications, and IT devices.

确保操作系统、软件应用程序及 IT 设备得到正确的安装、配置、维护和升级。

•Monitor system performance, data backup processes, cybersecurity compliance, and IT risk management to ensure business continuity.

监控系统运行性能、数据备份流程、网络安全合规性及 IT 风险管理,确保业务持续稳定运行。

•Develop and implement IT procedures, guidelines, and standards to improve service quality and operational efficiency.

制定并实施 IT 操作流程、工作指南及技术标准,以提升服务质量和运营效率。

•Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for equipment maintenance, software licensing, system upgrades, and technical support.

与外部供应商及服务提供商协调,负责设备维护、软件授权、系统升级及技术支持等相关工作

•Provide technical guidance, coaching, and training to IT Specialists and end users on IT systems, applications, and security awareness.

为 IT 专员及最终用户提供技术指导、培训和辅导,帮助其掌握 IT 系统、应用程序及信息安全相关知识。

•Prepare IT reports, analyze recurring issues, propose improvement solutions, and support continuous improvement projects.

编制 IT 工作报告,分析重复性问题,提出改善方案,并参与持续改善项目。

•Participate in IT projects, including system implementation, digital transformation initiatives, and factory technology improvement activities.

参与 IT 项目,包括系统实施、数字化转型项目以及工厂技术改善相关活动。

JOB REQUIREMENTS/ 任职要求

•Have 2-5 years of experience working as IT Supervisor with similar responsibilities

具有 2-5 年 IT 主管或 IT Supervisor 相关工作经验,并具备类似岗位职责的工作经验

•Candidates with ERP implementation experience is preferred

具有 ERP 系统实施经验者优先

•Good Chinese or English communication

具备良好的中文或英文沟通能力

WORKING TIME/ 工作时间

Monday - Friday (8:00 - 17:00) & 50% of Saturdays

周一至周五:8:00 - 17:00 & 每月约 50% 的周六需要工作

SALARY: Negotiable based on candidate's experience

薪资: 根据候选人的工作经验面议
